Your right Frankie, we used to dominate every venue we attended, regularly see over a dozen of us all racing away wondering who'll brake something first, how long before smithy says "tighten the actuator", Dave worrying about dirt, Liam showing off his clean S70R etc etc.

You should come to York mate, join us all for a beer and laugh before Jim leaves.

I did pants, managed a 15.0 @ 97 mph, still beat my best in this car at least :)

Looks like Jims send off might be my only run of the year, normally would have done 3 drag weekends by now...:(

I think its that a lot of people have just had to put other things first now.
I've been doing boring stuff the last couple of years like buying a house and having a kid. So going to meets has just had to take a back seat.
Its not helped that i've had my s60 for the last 3 years, which had made me lose a lot of enjoyment in cars.

But i will be going to York for jims final meet. With some luck i may even be going for drinks the night before.

As said by others, life's just been getting in the way for me lately.
Kid, mortgage and working too much to pay for it all.

A hurd of wild horses wouldn't stop me being at Jim's farewell piss up though!
