16t rebuild kit

Hi all im about to order a rebuild kit for my 16t before its converted to a 18t which leads to the question is a 16t a super back as im a little unsure of the difference

The difference is the compressor wheel.

There is the flatback where the back of the compressor wheel is flat and the superback where the back of the compressor wheel is tapered.

The kits are basically the same except the 'flinger' which is longer for the flatback.

The 16T is usually a superback type.
