C70 Cabriolet Wheels

As my explode is rather tired I bought an 04 plate C70 2.4T GT which I collect on Saturday, will my 19" pegs with 235/35/19 tires fit without rubbing issues?

I meant to look at the existing tire sizes but forgot, the car is currently on 17" comments.
Will post some pics once I get the car.

Wheel arches are bigger on the C70 however I had to roll my arches to fit the 19s (though they were 10J rears).

Pegs are a bit boxy for the rounded C70 dont you think?

C70's really suit the bbs split rim wheels I think they are called Propus when they are one piece wheels, kind of multi spoked things .

Yes I know what you mean Dave as yours looked Awesome on the 19" multi spokes, I thought I would see how the pegs look on the car as they are just sat in the garage at the moment with brand new tires on, if I don't like the way they look then may look at some other wheels.

I had same wheels and tyre size on my c70 and they did rub a bit. The ride wasn't the best either. But they looked the part :-)

Just seen some 19" pegs on C70 black coupe on old sweedspeed thread looks nice, think they should go well, just need to try them to see about if the will rub with the 235 wide tires fitted.

Ours rubs in full lock with 225 tyres the rear clears fine with them

Oh that's not too bad then as v70 rubbed on full lock on arch liner. I was more concerned it might catch on arch lips
