engine smoking c30 1.6 drivee

hi noticed a puff of smoke mainly when changing from 2nd to 3rd, doesn't seem to be all time but quite a lot any ideas please cheers jim

Could be turbo as there pretty common also could be the dpf trying to re gen

thanks for reply notts , its quite bad now and then and the turbo whistles quite loud, will any turbo off the diesel c30 fit this model ??

From memory there the same turbo on the pugs and fords etc there not mega money for a refurbed unit
