1st gen V70 turbo swap

I have a 1st gen v70 2.5t, I understand the turbo is a low pressure one, I was wondering if the high pressure turbo from the t5 would work in my car ?

Your best bet would be to start with a reputable remap and go from there.
Changing the turbo by itself won't do anything really, it would need mapping to suit.

A GOOD quality remap should yield around 230bhp with the standard turbo and injectors.

Yes, a T5 turbo will work on there, but you would need injectors and a proper custom map.
