sc900 vs sc901

Whats the difference between the sc900 and the sc901 thanks

I asked the same question a while ago.

Apparently not much.
Quicker disc mechanism on the 901 is the main thing I think.

Theres one on ebay but its a sc90 the one in my car is a sc901

I've had both, only difference I found was the SC901 you could use Pro Logic on radio, whereas the SC900, the Pro Logic only works on CD. They're both totally interchangeable though.

Hi Abdul, what's wrong with your 901? Mine has an intermittent radio issue but CD works fine, and I have been looking for a replacement. There's a 900 in Manchester that we're probably both looking at, but I will let you go for it as mine is suddenly working again.

Hi the cd does not work in my saffy looking to replace it . Seen the one on ebay but its the 900 would rather get a 901

TBH mate, you won't notice any difference between the two.

Do you have the 6 disc boot thing? That's what I use rather than the HU.

cough cough.. don't want to intrude but I'm selling my fully working 901 with dolby processor, wiring loom and centre speaker, plus throwing in a spare 900 of unknown condition? Oh, I'll also include a spare amp that I've got knocking about :) Its in the For Sale section ;)

I've been looking for a while for a sub £100 replacement 901, and even went through all Readview's HU's, but no 901 there either.
