I'm looking for a fascia adaptor to fit a standard single DIN head unit. I got one from Halfords but it was such a poor fit, I had to hand it back.

Can anyone recommend another brand or source?

Wait for it, this might come as a shock, but what about your local and very friendly Volvo dealership!?! :D

I got one on ebay last week for £7+ p&p.

I also had problems with the low quality autoleads fit.

Now, why didn't I think of that? :slap:

Quick call to main stealer reveals it's part no. 8622876 @ £30.32

Probably cause you dont want to part with £30 for a piece of plastic that doesnt make your car any quicker/better to drive!?!

best thing to get is the pocket which takes up half the space. and it's usefull instead of a blank panel
i think £25, and it looks and fits perfectly. there are actually about 3 different items you could fit to just leave the single din space.

if you go to your local car hi-fi shop they do them as they fit sterios into volvos aswell as other cars,
they keep a varied selection,
it comes with a surround for the sterio & a pocket to put odds & sodds in

ask your dealer if thats the CD holder (may be the p/n quoted above?) from what i remember it holds 8 CD's and is about £30. baragin :)

(instead of a pocket it actually holds CD's very neatly, which is handy :) )
