need help replacing hoses

got a 850 t5 just been rica 280'd, v impressed the only prob i got is it wont hold boost all the time, the hoses/pipes going to the actuator etc look like they've seen better days so was hoping its an air leak from them? anyone know where to get these from and what size? also how the feck are you sposed to put the hose on the turbo under the headshield bit, cant get my hand down there,

I used 5mm silicone for mine, but i didn't use it on the turbo hose as that one gets a wee bit hotter than the rest.
