Sign up to Photobucket.com and upload them there...

Either that or try to make the images smaller in an image editing program

what Darren said. - hosting them elsewhere and posting a link works. Shrinking them too
or you can send them to justin - justin@volvot5.co.uk and he will create a gallery for you or you can upload them into your vbGarage via the User CP (control panel) on the tool bar above.

talking of whihc I'm having trouble getting an avatar to upload. I shrunk a picture down to the 80x80 pixels it asked for (the file size was also way under) but it didn't like it. The quality was also rubbish, much worse than everyone else seems to have. What's the secret?

funny you mention that ....several peeps on here have bigger that 80 by 80.....no names course.... :bog:
