Hi,
Im trying to find out what the relevant wires are on the bosch throttle body found on the Focus ST/RS, and C30 2.5turbo models part number 30711552. So far ive found the following.
1 -
2 - ground
3 - +5v
4 -
5 -
6 -
There should be. Motor +, Motor -, Butterfly Sensor 1, Butterfly Sensor 2
If anyone can help that would be much appreciated.
Regards
Martin

Hope this helps...
Going on the second image with the ecu pins, info for a B5354T7 2009 model with a 30711552 throttle body:
TB Pin
Control module terminal
Signal type
Ignition on
Idle
Miscellaneous
1
A75
Throttle unit motor, control signal (-)
-
PWM signal U top=Ubat Pulse ratio 0-100%. The polarity of the control signal switches when the damper motor is to be deployed in the opposite direction.
The throttle motor is controlled using a PWM signal from the integrated power amplifier in the Engine Control Module (ECM) measured to terminal #A74
2
A14
Throttle position (TP), signal ground
U=Ulow
U=Ulow
-
3
A19
Throttle position (TP) sensor, power supply 5 V
U=5 V
-

4
A74
Throttle unit motor, control signal (+)
-
PWM signal U top=Ubat Pulse ratio 0-100%. The polarity of the control signal switches when the damper motor is to be deployed in the opposite direction.
The throttle motor is controlled using a PWM signal from the integrated power amplifier in the Engine Control Module (ECM) measured to terminal #A75
5
A88
Throttle position (TP) sensor circuit 2, signal
U≈4-0.4 V
U≈4-0.4 V
The voltage varies depending on the position of the throttle. U decreases with increasing throttle opening.
6
A65
Throttle position (TP) sensor circuit 1, signal
U≈ 0.4-4 V
U≈ 0.4-4 V
U varies depending on the position of the throttle. U increases with increased throttle opening.

That's a great help thanks very much, where did you find that information?
I know the project has taken longer than anticipated, things get in the way, and I don't know where the time goes, but it's all done, just finishing off a few bits on the engine loom. It's turns over and everything.

Info is from a Volvo tech document.
Lovely project, I like the attention to detail throughout the whole car, everything looks so clean :)
