Volvo 850R Startup White smoke?

Just wondered, when I start the car from cold I get a nice plume of white smoke from the silencer and a sort of oily smell..Then after the initial start nothing brilliant no smoke no oily smell.
Ought I be worried at all

Well I had white smoke today and plenty of it and now think I have hgf! Start checking over your engine lol

On start up it's usually valve stem oil seals.
