I've bought some cheap 'n' cheerful parking sensors for the Saffy and wondered;

1) what advice folks had about painting them, and will I have to add clear coat too (they are copper/bronze, but not a real match for Gay Gold), and

2) whether anyone has a half-empty rattle can to sell on for a nominal sum, rather than me buy a lot of new paint for four titchy sensors.

I am pretty rubbish at painting but these are 70% of the way there colour-wise and only need a thin coat... surely even I couldn't mess this up... :eek:

Put the volvo colour code into amazon site, and you can buy rattle cans for approx £10

I paid £9.99 for mine, maybe you pay extra for the gayness, the colour match was spot on too

Local mixers haven't worked for me before, but then I was trying to match Honda Shasta White and whites are always a bugger... ta Geoff, that looks like my best option then.
