So, been a while since I last owned an 850, but just recently got myself a TDi.

Loving it so far, especially it's economy compared to my fettled S70 T5, even with it's starship 294k on the clock!

Anyway, my question is:
Should the low fuel warning light come on with the rest of the lights at ignition-on?

I only ask, as I'm yet to see it come on.
I know these are quite frugal old busses, but surely it requires more than just fresh air to create forward motion?!

Yes, even my diesel does that!

A blown bulb each then?

Well, two for me actually.
Most annoying when indicating right, the relay clicking away, lights flashing outside, but no light on the dash! :(

Nearly 300k though, so can't begrudge it a few bulbs ;)

A good method would be to stick a code reader on, to really see if theres anything wrong. I was very paranoid as I got no dash lights (bar service light but who pays attention to that ... ?!) , stuck a code reader on and nout.
So, now I'm either ecstatic there is nothing seriously wrong or majorly paranoid my ECU (?) is ££££ed ... Ahhhh cars :)
