Project 960

brought a 960 2.5 manual of the father inlaw for a steal so had the old girl a month know so thought might start a little update thread on her there will be pics when I can find my sd card for my camera or get time to grab a new card as my phone camera is pants ,



so over the last month I have given the old girl :-

Full service,

Cambelt,

Coolant change,

Brake fluid Change,

diff oil change,

Rear park assist

Stripped and rebuilt both front foglights ( had water in em at some point rusty tidelines)

fitted new clips to lower bumper trim

Sorted water leak from sunroof and removed silicon which was every where previous owner must have put 2 tubes on it rather than clear

the drain,

prep bumpers for paint



So with vt200 in our midst I will be prepping the v70 this month but still have some bits left before the 960 is done

sort seat did it once already but stopped again :( anyone else had this where a seat stop moving on one runner only

Just registered...super late reply but there is cables under the seat that drive it and the liners shrink and make it only move on one side...I like to keep a few extras around as this happens often....take the seat out and change the cable...grease all remaining that helps slow the shrink
