Hi,

at the mo iam searching hard for a S60 T5 SE sport in Black with.. a manual box :shifty: i cant belive how amazing these cars are.. ive recently been in a S70 awd 2.5T and although it was slow (weight) i was knocked out with the quality of interior ergonomics, ambiance of cabin, sound system the list goes on.. its miles better than a C-Class merc for example. also went in a FWD 2.0T S60 (170bhp i think) and it still felt fast even though they are heavy cars (more on this later)

also dont hate me or think im a poor begger because im looking for a used model. the prices unfortunatly for the 1st owner depreciate and i can buy the one im looking for (2002 30k-40k) for less than 14K !!!!!!

what a steal  some suckers have a problem called "badge snobbery"

back to the power issue.. hmm 250bhp 2.3T insurance group 16 !! WFT how they managed this i dont know but i know that when i spend another £600 and RICA it il have 310bhp saloon car on insurance grp 16 almost totally undetectable and capable of estimated 171mph

ohh yea... im from North Yorkshire near York :)

There is nothing wrong with letting someone else take the depreciation hit for you!!! 2nd hand doesn't mean soiled it means ready to roll!! :dgrin:

You seem to have the right idea!!! Get T5 get more horses get more grins!!! the logic works for me!!!

keep us posted!!

Quite right Mrsmopp (and Volvocano) no point in wasting money when you don't have to ... all the more to spend on upgrades ;) :funkybana
