Right folks I'm to do a gearbox oil change but wanted to know what people recommend
Semi synth
Mineral
Dexron
Oh and how much does my auto box take so as I know how much to buy

Yes but the torque converter holds a fair bit.

Is it a 4-speed or a 5-speed, mate

I used ATF-U in my 4-speed - changed the fluid, ran it for a bit (couple of weeks I mean), changed it again
