Right long story short, i replaced my basic A/C system for the electronic climate control system, everything was changed including a new volvo heater matrix.
Now since doing this the heater only gets luke warm even tho the matrix is at engine temperature approx 90 degrees, All the flaps work as they should and direct air where they are supposed too. A/C works as it should and the heat that does come thro is the same both sides.
Any ideas as too what the problem could be, i swapped the control unit with the one in my S70 as that one gets red hot and its the same, is there a thermostat somewhere? Also the sensor in the dash is dust free and spinning fine
