i've been asked to paint and fit a p1 V70 estate rear bumper onto an 850 estate, i know it will fit as i've seen several done before.
my questions are..............is it a straight fit? do they fit on 850 mounts or do i have to make new ones? do i use 850 or V70 crash bar?
any help would be much appreciated as i want to know what i'm in for before i start.

the main two big bolts at the back are the same as is the crash bar i used the bar that was already on the xc70 bumper.
the side mounts are different, i didnt see the v70 without a rear bumper on but have since seen that the front xc70 bumper mounts onto a plastic moulding attached to the wing so i presume the rear would have one too, i didnt have that when fitting mine so i used a pieces of threaded bar and a few nuts and big flat washers.
also the holes that rivet the arch end of the bumper to the inner arch dont line up, and if the 850 has rear mudflaps they wont fit the v70 contour (mine dint fit on the xc one anyway)
mine has passed mot since and not noved a mil since it went on :B_thumb:
