Any body got a picture of the location of the cam sensor on a v70 1999 awd thanks

Errr...on the end of the camshaft? :)

If my memory serves me well, it's on the right side of the cylinder head and the plug sticks up. Very easy to get to. (sorry mate, no picture) I also think there is only one cam sensor on that model.
