Hi All.
What's the most economical way to lower my Saffy awd? I'm assuming you can't just fit lowering springs as the Nivos don't respond too well? All sensible suggestions welcome.
Cheers

Fooler bolts for the rear. Google it & a few things will come up on various sites.
Ettienne used them on his old awd laser & it looked well. ;)
Hope this helps.

Thanks Biff. Will the front self level or will I need anything to lower them?

The front ride height is governed by the springs mate - easy one that.

This is mine lowered.

I did some other tasty upgrades to it as well.

That sold recently on FleaBay. The guy advertised it originally as a breaker but then someone bought the entire car. Great looker!!

Thanks Mole.

Will they need to be for an AWD or will Volvo stock lowering springs do? Also, sorry to be a pain (!), but how much is a good ride height- 30mm drop?

No, the front suspension is of the same design as a FWD model.
Also, R models are lowered approx 30mm or so anyway so you may not get the desired drop with 30mm lowering springs.
