Dump valve

I am wanting to fit a dump valve to my 850, can anyone recomend one with plenty of hiss?
Also my Air con lights are flashing on and off on start up? should they do this?

They are not recomended for the T5's - but it can be done.

The BOV is the loudest. I will dig out a link i had for a good one.

I use the forge FMDV004 dual piston valve on my T5.

No, but does the A/C appear to be working ok apart from the lights flashing on start up?

A use a Forge DV as well, Judge has ma old Baileys but a prefer the Forge as it dumps at lower revs

If you get one make sure its a double piston as a single piston will coz the car to cut out constantly

Reading through my owners manual on Page 1:32 it states :

"Faulty climate unit
The Following lights indicate a fault in the unit:
REC and AC OFF
The lights flash for 20 seconds when a fault
occurs. If this fault still exists next time you
start the car the lights will flash for 20 seconds
again.
Contact your Volvo dealer"

I'm not sure what faults could occur...blockage/broken switch/leak...???? maybe worth a trip to get your codes read....
