New rear brakes just done now anti skid service light on?!

Just had rear brakes and caliper renewd in my XC90 03 plate and within 20 miles of driving the Anti-skid service required light came on,coincidence or a new problem?....Is it a case of getting the codes read or might it just be that the brakes are settling in or should I stop driving it?

I can't see why they would cause it to come on.

Maybe abs sensor got knocked, but usually it relates to the on demand coupling.

Get codes read

It's impossible to say whether to drive it or not, get codes read as if it's the aoc then should be fine to drive and very easy to replace.

My s60 is the same won't go away but nothing comes up on code using vida

Try unplugging the yaw and plugging back in.

I know when the dem goes on the rear diff, if you unplug and plug back again it usually works again for a few days.

It might narrow down the problem if you have no code.

Light went out the following day and so far(fingers crossed) it hasn't corm back on!
