I can't start the rear engine on the original ecu, I assume it has something to do with the immobilized, I thought I'd disabled it all but I must have missed something, any thoughts?

I took the fuse out oon mine and it works on any ecu 4.3 and 4.4 I doubt yours has a separate fuse box for the rear

Is it a 4.3 or 4.4?
You could get a 4.4 ecu and flash it with the non immo software.
There is also a wire that runs from the immobiliser to the ecu (AFAIK) so you could possibly run a cable from the front ecu immo pin to the rear ecu immo pin

According to my diagrams the wire goes from pin 4 on the immobiliser to pin B36 on the ecu for both 4.3 and 4.4
