2004 S60 2.3 T5 Advice Wanted!!!

hi all m pretty new to the Volvo scene, been modifying for years mainly fords and Vauxhalls (ive seen the light)

ive got a Volvo S60 T5 2.3 ex police, ive had it on rollers and it hit 244bhp which I think is around standard.

im getting an exhaust made up next week by local powerflow dealer, and a remap the week after.

I need help on a few items so all advice on the following is greatly appreciated

front mount intercooler

air filter/induction kit

injectors

anything else you can advise me will help a lot thanks

Unless you're planning to change the turbo and running big boost, the intercooler and injectors won't be worth worrying about.
Unless you want lots of noise, just fit a foam panel filter. A 3" maf to turbo pipe will help it spool up.

A 3" downpipe and race cat will make a big difference too, once it's mapped.

19t. Or a K24 off the R will be fine, green injectors too.
