Crooked Billet meet.

Having spoken to V70Graham, and owing to the fact that because of the inflexibility of the Softies meets dates, we won't be attending many, we've decided to revive the Crooked Billet meet. The venue is the Crooked Billet in Iver, SL0 0LP, and a bit more central for us Southerners that don't live on the south coast. AT the beginning of every month we'll see who can make what dates, and go with the majority. Anyone interested in this meet please add your name to the list.

Just in from another enjoyable meet, unfortunately numbers were low but a good time was had by all, took a few pictures (Nat and Rich turned up in the VAG) of the Volvo's including Anne's brothers car a rather tidy V40 with only 32K miles on the clock.

Had a great laugh today guys. Had a bit of a scare coming onto the M4. Failed to spot a traffic car behind me on the slip road as I built my speed up "progressively" to join the motorway. Luckily I spotted him behind me before I went past a licence losing speed. They pulled up along side me and I was waiting for the point towards the hard shoulder only to see them both looking and the passenger giving me the thumbs up before they gunned it. Result :)

Was good to see the masses that turned up. Had a laugh as always and can I just point out that I was going to pay my bill by card! I'm not that tight! Lol
