What's this part called?

I've tried to upload a photo of it from my iPhone but it keeps failing.

Anyways the part I'm after is the control panel for the windows on my volvo c70 2003 convertible it controls all the windows and child looks, one of the rear ones doesn't work and to be fair the all look a tad bit tatty so could do with the whole unit if anyone knows what's it's called with all the switches in.
