Alarm hazards not flashing

On my s60 the hazards are not flashing when locked or unlocked, hazards flashing slowly twice when ignition engaged and red light flashes when ignition is on don't no what is up tried each door bonnet and boot but still the same.

The bonnet switch is a Common thing just let the bonnet drop shut.the switch is on the n/s lock .
Sure the hand book tells you how to test what at fault some ware.
