Hi guys,need some advice on what metal i should use to make some brackets for bigger calipers on my 850? Any ideas and where i can purchase the advised metal will be appreciated.

Areo space alumium. Cant remember exact grade. Or. Im sure oblark will no better

10m/m thick steel angle iron :)

Thanks Graeme i will see if he pops a reply on here if not will message him..have read online that most just use aluminum,but sure it aint just aluminium must be 7075 or something...was going to use mild steel but thought i'd get some advise on here...

Is that 10mm mild steel?i guess ur calipers are radial hence angled iron?

Yeap thats good old mild steel :) and yes my calipers are radial mounted (renault megan 225)

Thanks for the pics...seems a straight forward fabrication..dnt knw why people pay so much for brackets.o.k will stick to 10mm..was thinking of welding the nuts.
