Evening folks, been lurking in the background but now Ive just purchased a S40 2.0D sport. Its a great looking car but i feel i need to sort the suspension out as it doesnt feel right. Every time i go over bumps or hole's it feels very 'crashy', and steering wheel shake's (apologies for terrible description!) . its also quite 'wallowy' and with quite a lot of body roll. Im going to get it up on a set of ramps and see if anything is untoward underneath.. ive heard that there bad for wishbone bush's going. 'Im more leaning towards springs and dampers.. is there anything i should be looking at in particular? Fortunately i work for euro car parts so parts come cheap! :)
