Hi, I want to get an uprated fuel pump as I dont think mine is coping to well anymore, I think walbro are the best? and from some reading i think 255lph is enough? waht sort of power can the 255lph cope with? also is there any perticular one or kit that I need to look for?

Are you planning to rebuild your engine With forged Components and bigger than the Volvo Bosch green injectors? If the answer is no then it is unlikely that you'd need a higher flow rate than stock.Personally the DW300 Deatchwerks is a more contemporary choice. Are You going to run a bigger FPR to support these massive injectors?

Yes, long term plans are forged bottom and 20g turbo, I have a adjustable fpr, uprated RS500 intercooler, GW Downpipe with AFR gauge to fit this weekend, are the dw300 easy to fit? I've changed a stock one before so its not all new

DW300 is a direct swap.
