will this head fit on a 850??

well I went out today to do some more work on my car and made some decent progress, ive got everything done outside the engine bay so thought ahh time to start under the hood.............................................. ........bad news (for me anyway lol) the head is cracked in two places where the cam seals go :( anyways im not throwing in the towel just yet and after speaking to one of our resident nut bars it was suggested that an me7 head would be a good alternative and although said nutter is a vast fountain of knowledge I just thought id get a broader opinion ;) so the question is will it fit? I know the inlet will need some fettling but im on about the head itself?
