You're looking at about £120 a corner.
Still got a used (5mm tread) one in my Garage If anyone wants it.
Only Downside is they never seemed to last that long

just because you're scared of them doesn't mean everyone else is... where can i find some cheaply? mytyres have them for 108 quid. how do they compare with the cheaper nankangs and suchlike?

I paid £125 (each) fitted for two new P-zero's a couple of weeks ago. Nangankakgakakgkakaganng or what ever would be good if you like hedge trimming I suppose.

goodyear eagle f1's are the best imo, I have used mytyres and found them to be the cheapest anywhere. iirc you pay postage if you dont buy 4 tho :(

they're for an 855r. i've only ever used the pzeros and i'm generally happy. i get between 10 and - 15k from a set of front tyres and wonder about the grip and wear rates of the cheaper tyres. even cheap tyres are expensive experiment if they're no good!

Have you looked on ebay, Usually a couple selling brand new or part worns.
If they are 205/45/17's seem to be more and more in that size probably due to them being the same size as the new mini cooper. I wouldn't go for the cheap brands but have heard good reports on the Avons probably £20-30 a tyre cheaper.

looked on ebay.....

anyway, found me pzeros. £98 a piece all in! :-D checked for cracks in the sidewalls and guess what, i found some :-O but only on the nearside which i'd driven 14, yes 14, miles flat! :jaw: i could hear this strange bumping noise and it handled crap, but the pzeros do feel rubbish on low tread. i thought i'll have a look when i get to work..... amazingly the wheel wasn't wrecked but the tyre was good speedhump negotiation qualities those runflatsymetriccos :-))

hangs head in embarrassment and gets coat.

Tried them? Crashed with them?

I have them on the back of one of the T5's, £45 each fitted, absolutely no problems whatsoever and as good if not better as the much more expensive Dunlops that were replaced.

If you push the car to its limit, they may not be perfect, but for daily driving on a car which is not pushed to the max they are great!
