Getting my rims painted

AAAARRRRRGGHHHHHHH!!!!!, I have tried (several times) now to paint my spare rims(Volans), but due to a complete lack of time etc.. I just cant get around to finishing them. Does anybody know anyone in the Wigan area that can paint the damn things for me??, my Mot is due at the end of the month and I may have to buy some new tyres. If I do then I would rather buy tyres for the Volans and put them on the car.

I don't want to spend a fortune but I need these doing fairly soon.
