A forge with a red spring for above 20psi or a cossie -31.

you have a garret i dont lol, you cant just bolt on a -31 on a mitsi turbo

Forge will bolt straight on, fantastic piece of engineering & will match the rest of your gear.
Mine has a yellow spring & the difference between my oe was unreal. Made me realise how worn it was.

-31 off a cossie , or a uprated 1 off a t28 200sx turbo , that's what I had on the t5r and it held 20psi

Ask t5pete. It's only the actuators that I've heard bad things about. ;)
Yellow is 9 spool up 17 peak but I peak at 14 as my clutch says so.

You want a red spring then dude. Supposed to be mental when they come on boost.
Mine was off a p2 s60r originally but I modified my old actuator by hacking it up & making a nice bracket for it. I could've bought a -31 for the hassle I went to but it looks good by my forge blanking plate. I wrote to forge & got a re-build kit & some spare bolts for it for free.
