P2 starting issue.

I had my electrics going funny and finally the car won`t start.Its coming up as "Start prevented" which is probably the ignition antenna ring.On the picture below the wire pointed by red arrow was very loose for some reason,the 10mm nut was sitting at the top of the thread and I never even looked in there before.Once it was sorted the dash lights stay bright but the car won`t start,just won`t crank at all,all u get is a sound from aircon clutch engaging.There is a black wire pointed by the blue arrow which was not connected and connecting to the negative gave no result.I`m not sure what these idiots who prepare the explod cars done there,just had no time to spend on it as it happened before home time.Before replacing the antenna ring any other suggestion?So fat tried locking unlocking (trip from MRP).The car only has 1 key before anyone says it.

no idea what to do. maybe disconnect battery, hold both terminals together for 1 min then connect it up and try again.

I also have the random black wire, it appears to do nothing...
