Or take the opportunity to move onto a garrett, something like a 3076.

In bet it's not a straight fit though.

No it's not, but once you've fitted one it opens the door to a world of different turbos,

What are power levels(hp/torque) on 3076 or k26 ?

With all the correct mods you can get north of 500bhp from the GT3076

I am asking to make an idea of what turbo you guys running in your i520vT and what s the output roughly.I am a fan of kkk turbos I have a kkk26/27 on mine but not on a Volvo engine still stock but with the right bits around it( fmic, fuel pump, injectors, exhaust).I have seen guys running S60R turbos on our cars pushing around 360hp but with lees displacement 2.2 than Volvo engines.

Mine is a 2.4 engine using a Chinese GT3076 and is running 434bhp (limited to that hp to protect the clutch and gearbox)

a standard k24 will make 360 bhp no problem.

Yes the advantage it is a bit of displacement.I would be happy with 400 on my kkk26/27 hybrid, well see.I am on second performance clutch now I have switched for single mass setup, this is gonna hold,no worries about that.On the first one pressure plate welded on disc after testing launch control.I wasn't that happy is all I can tell. You live and learn I guess .

Well... 044 fuel pump in tank,550cc Bosch EV14 injectors, big cone air filter, 3,5'' downpipe reducing in 3'' before sport cat 200cell and 3'' up to first box 2.75 piping after and Y in to original back box to be nice and quiet cruising on motorway. It was live remapped on street full boost around 3900rpm 1.9 bar tapering 1.6 at 7200rpm.Turbo :k26 shaft,360 bearing,6#hotside good for 420hp.

id be suprised if your not pushing 380 bhp now depending on mapping. you need to lose that rear silencer though. get a decent straight through silencer. a straight through exhaust dosnt mean itll be noisey

We have seen 89%duty cycle on injectors when mapping but you never know....Most of the pulls on 3 rd from 2000rpm to redline 7200.It was a cold night nice temps on intake. The exhaust is not restrictive at all it is the second setup I have tried and the best one for now last one was damn loud on full chat and cruising on motorway was a killer around 3000 rpm.Btw what back boxes you guys using?

i make my own. that way they perform how i want them to. i cant stand loud exhausts. the rear silencer is baffeled so not ideal for your set up

The silencer is not baffled it is straight pipe going trough box , but reduced from 3''to 2.75 and back box is chambered from what I know.I would like some ,,noise'' more than I get now , but over 3500rpm .
