Spark plugs?

Which spark plugs do you folks use/recommend?
(not the ones from your local Volvo dealer I hope!?)

Also, any alternate source of headlamp wipers (850), and headlamp glass (850) would be useful - thx. :)

NGK BKR7EVX plugs mate, reccomended by all the top tuners, i pay £4.70 per plug i think.

Try german and swedish for the other bits ;)
