Don't like the skinny V70r wheel tbh. May bung it on ebay if worth anything.

Will wire it up if I can get a stezza and loom to connect. Be nice, but not too fussed.

No wood in car tho, so prefer leather only. Got that brushed alloy thing going on in mine. Just didn't like the skinny wheel.

the XC one is all wood and not the laminate/resin stuff too.

Has full controls too, not sure how much he's activated tho.

This geezer has a stereo and loom to go with. 60squid for wheel and stez. Sounds fair as can sell my old wheel n stez for that.

Had a full wood rim in my Alfa 166. Really nice most of the time, but not in winter. Too cold! And if you wear gloves in the cold weather, you can't grip the wheel particularly well. One of those 'form over function' things.

Agreed. Had wooden wheel and alloy knob on a mk2 spitfire.

The fact everything except looks on that car was woefully inadequate didn't help.....but I still loved it! Only 14 left on rd now....prob cos of cold hands!

I wood (see what I did there ;) ) like one like that, but doesn't match the rest of the wood in my car. :( There was one on eBay for £150.

As far as I know the V70R is a 2 pin and the XC90 is 3 pin so he just pluged the 2 pin into 3 pin with no problems :)

But I`m not 100% sure of this.

I would say ask him but he`s been banned :(

I been reliably informed, by a couple of members, that later wheels still fit but they have 2 settings on air bag. The low pressure one is the one to connect apparently.

I been reliably informed, by a couple of members, that later wheels still fit but they have 2 settings on air bag. The low pressure one is the one to connect apparently.

You connect to the high pressure side, you don't want your airbag going off half cocked in an accident ;)
