1998 V70r awd throttle body mod

Been told I can bung a better throttle body on me motor to gain a few nags. Anyone know which one would do job as seen some 950 bods on flea-bay for 25 squid.

the one you'll want is off the 3litre Volvo 960, you will obviously need to change the pipework to fit the 76mm throttle body & enlarge the port on the intake manifold

Nope it's specific to the 3.0 960

Just to give you more options for searching......

The throttle housing part number 9146956 on the auto 2.5 or 3.0 960 model is the correct one.

in the pics the car looks like it has a blue badge on the grill........that would mean ME7 if the grill is the original. Mine is a '98 model year tho and that has a throttle cable...

The grill isn't original and car isn't fly-by-wire.
