Spark plugs for V70 2.4t5?

I`ve been on PFV website and there are different s/plugs for an R and none R so if I go over 300bhp will thge none R ones still be ok as I have a nearly new set here or will I need to change to an R spec?

I thought the R plugs are a different shape/length. That being the only difference, I'd say you'll be fine with what is supposed to be in there.

As Martin said, the R plugs are a different size, not a different spec.

I was at Volvo on Monday getting an ignition antenna and started to talk plugs as i know them well at my particular dealership.

First of all i had to give my model and reg. number as usual and my plugs are £47 but i mentioned if iridium or platinum tipped expecting him to say all Volvo plugs are iridium as i just read somewhere but no, he said it depends exactly which model you have determines the exact plug........turbos or N/A plugs are no longer just specific to those groups it depends which turbo model you own because of the power!

Sooooo, i would phone Volvo and get the correct part number

I have just looked in Vadis and there are more different numbers not mentioned above and couldn`t even find the R numbered plug!

Just got spoke to the Lookers and it is the R spec ones listed for my car,the part number is 30751806 if anyone orders them.Also got a 30% discount.Massive thanks to 960kg
