Fitted my Pro Sport Coil overs with the guidance from good friends Jim an Andy, After some tweaking got the ride height how i like it, the drive of the car is smooth on a average road with a little bounce wen at speed over large bumps but it seems to settle quickly. My front shocks were totally knackered so i thought the coil overs were worth a punt.

One thing i would say do NOT lower the car to low as the Ride is way to bouncy for a public orad, i seem to have found a happy medium with tweaking, ive also fitted the rear ride height adjuster's and new shock at the rear i know of you on here have left these out.

The actual handling of the car is the corner's is extremely good, feels like its on rails and im sure on a track it could be a bit of a weapon lol.

On the whole for the money the Pro Sport coils over aint bad, and on a track id certainly say there would be very good. but if you can afford the more expensive kit id go for it as you cant adjust the preload or damper with these.

Any way heres a few pics.

It was a very fine line tbh, my front shocks and the top rubber mounts were shot, for the little difference in the price i thought a complete suspension setup was worth it, since ive replaced everything else on the car lol i thought the suspension should be done lol

i can get them in the states for £400 and you can adjust the stiffness on them. could be a trip planed to the states in the new year.

Looks like it's settled nicely there Gav, as you've said with the dampening being unadjustable you don't want it too low as it becomes super bumpy like you've said, however how you have it now is a great balance, must say it does ride extremely well :)

Nice mod Gav! Blacky is only getting better! Would love some coilovers on the front of mine but they don't sell just a pair! Lol
It should settle a tad lower I would've thought but it looks brilliant mate. Really looking forward with how this cars going to turn out. :)

Hope you can put up with the ride mate, i think I had mine a little low so I had to bin them. Good luck, just lower it for photos :)

not going to low i think is the key with these like i said there not adjustable, so with a sensible ride height it should be fine. i started off with them way to low and the ride was awful, on a track it would have been fine tho i reckon.
