Srs light..

Well I've been playing under the dash of the 850 today, not one of my best ideas I hasten to add.
I've only gone and unplugged the passenger air bag whilst the ignition was on!! Idiot I know.
But now my SRS light is on and I haven't got the foggiest how you turn it off :doh:
HHHEEEELLLLPPPP!!!!!! It's the old setup with the pin under bonnet thingy :)

not sure if it can be knocked out but a master reset should sort it.............disconnect battery think over night? if you remove it and touch leads together drains any power left in the system quicker not sure on exact time tho certain amount of hours lol then when you put it back in retune your driving style to suit adaptive brain lol

did the same two week ago took the stering wheel off.

have you ever used the old diagnostic system?

you have to use socket b5 to read the fault codes. you need to read the codes till you get a repeted code then hold the button down for 5 seconds then let it go and the led should stay lit up then hold it for 5 seconds again and let go ant the led should go out and the fault is cleared. the srs light should be back to normal now.
