As i stated in my newbie post i test drove an 850t5 that i will be picking up next week.

Only problem on the test drive was when i gunned it in third it started to splutter and was backfiring out the exhaust.
I didnt look at the boost gauge as i didnt know the road to was looking where i was going lol. But im assuming it as dropping.

He said it had never done it before, the cars been sat since june and was extremely low on fuel. I dont know if this would be the cause.

Any ideas?

Cheers

You again Lol. Fair enough, first thing will be a full service anyways, so hopefully it will be plugs/leads if the drive home doesnt clear it.

Thanks

I wish mine banged that loud. :)
Mine had a splutter & a backfire. Turned out to be the maf. ;)
Try get a genuine Bosch one though dude, mine was cheap tat & was ruining the car.
