big power 850 for sale a while ago on gumtree.....

Can anybody remember the 850 on gumtree a few months ago with 500bhp ish? Trying to find a link for it as my mate might be buying it.

There was mention of a company that supposedly built the engine. It was a 3 letters but cant for the life remember the name. Used to be a big volvo tuner iirc. Any ideas?

AMD cant tune/map Volvo 850's i was told

Does anyone know which car im talking about? It was for sale from a pretty rough looking estate in london I think. Had a bonnet scoop/ vent and claimed to be around 500bhp yet had no spec or under bonnet pics

The reason I started this thread, a mate of mine who ended up with t5 tez's old red saloon (after dean had raped it lol ) has just bought a r33 gtr with 400bhp and the guy he bought it off reckoned he knew of an 850 with 480bhp in london area for sale so my mate is trying to get it off him. The only two i know near that power is rt's and the one that was for sale on gumtree about a year back so im guessing its that one.

My mate spoke with the guy selling it and the engine was built by sw autos about 7 years ago. Looks like he might buy it. With 480bhp would he have the 2nd most powerful volvo in the uk?

the only time i saw that swa car in action it did a 12.2 , which to my mind was less than it should have for the power since it was all stripped out.
