What turbo have i got??

Hi could somebody tell me what the standard turbo is on my t5 its a 1998 V70 2.3 T5 manual and are there any recommendations for a turbo upgrade?

Would i need to worry about con rods with a turbo upgrade?

16t mate, upgrade to 18 or 19t, no need for rods if you get it mapped properly

You will have a 16T and could bolt on an 18T or even a 19T as an upgrade.

Yes it will, finding a decent one is going to be the hard part.....let me know if you find a mint 18t lol

well depends on what you call a fortune, it wont be cheap, alot easier to get to 270-280bhp

People who quote that on eBay etc are dreaming mate, 300 is possible but your gonna need the right hardware to back up the turbo, you want white injectors, exhaust & decat if you don't already have one aswel as a decent map & it's still not a sure bet.
