well as my tax runs out in a few days i have decided to sorn my car and downgrade my insurance to garaged only, ive decided to go long term project on this car and do things properly this time, alot of things need doing for me to be able to compete with the others on the strip, im gonna get all the money together and then start it including engine and rods, some proper mapping new tyres and wheel refurb, some cosmetic tidying, etc etc, got to get it to neals cars standard lol, its gonna be rapid though so watch this space

Just utilizing what I already have, some good mapping, maybe a new complete exhaust system, rods maybe pistons. I have to find some extra love for it too, so it's gonna just sit there over the winter

lol well that's a compliment! I know what you mean about the money though mate, there are times when I feel quite sick about how much I have spent, that's when it stops for a while until the bug bites again. Give yourself some time Frank, walk away from it for a while... it helps me re-focus without rushing and be ready with all guns blazing in 2014 :)

thats what i'm gonna do, ive sorned it now till next year, replenish some funds, get xmas out the way and then ? get started hopefully i wont have broken it by then :uglyhamme

Don't break it monkey boy it's a nice car and they are getting rare too.mine has took over 2yrs but its getting there now same as yours will do over the winter .just take your time .

Nope, most cheap cars now seem to be a bit poo, with owners describing them as excellent condition when they obviously aren't.

Mondeo st200?

Not seen any st200 autos. The 2003 on, mondeos are surprisingly nice cars inside when they are kitted out, not keen on the engines though, espececially the 2.5 v6.


Mazda 6 mps???

looking for something cheap cheap, about £1500.
