Hello everybody, i just wanted to throw this open for discussion - has anybody fitted the powerflex insert sleeves 88-101 LINKY THING (http://www.partsforvolvosonline.com/product_info.php?products_id=2290)to the front lower control arm bushes of their c70 or V70 R , or diesel s70/V70 Ph1 or ex-police car ?
i am referring to the ones with the eyelets and 4 bolts holding them on.
the reason is, from what i can make out the actual bushes themselves are the same size as the normal 2 bolt fixing, but with the eyelets inserted into the centre.
as you could re-use the original centre when re assembling them, has anybody done it, and did it work?
i am pretty sure it is possible if the eyelets are not damaged.
