Major service inc both belts + cam shaft pullys
Cooling system and brake system flush
( at volvo as we speak for that)

All Filter changers and spark plugs
( doing my self )

X4 new Pirelli

New back box genuine volvo


Things to do after I have saved up more lol

Leather seat refurb
New gear knob
Paint work ( minor marks etc )
Park assist problem to sort.

But all these are in time as its a long term car
And I think most well agree that most 'R's which are offered for sale now
Have been neglected and need love, sad really :(

Thankyou, have been a lover of the 'R' since I saw one in my local town which I was 18 years old and it had a flash green paint work and orange leather and I was like ooooo what's this? And then I was hooked :)

Cooling system and brake system flush I had ATE super blue 5.1 fully synthetic fitted!

Try getting some proper leather cleaner for your gear knob and use a leather brush, dont buy a leather cream cleaner, they wont clean as well. I wish I took a before and after shot of my dads gear stick (that sounds iligal) he didn't even realize there was blue stitching on it, it took 2 minutes to clean. There is a link on here for a guy that refurbs steering wheels, you can get him to do what you want to them and they look brilliant. I would like mine to have alcantara thumb inserts, but my wheel doesn't need doing.
I would be very surprised if you change your exhaust for an oem one once you find out the price. If its just rusted at the back box you will probably get years out of it yet, im sure they are triple skined, ive never had a burst exhaust in my life and I live beside the sea.

Well I'm affade the gear know is very badly warn and will need replacing, and the back box as you say is just the outer skin but I'm a pit of a fuzzy pot and will like it replaced in time, I also know the price from volvo too, as rang kwick fit and ats (just for a laf) and ats said they have no price for that car as its not listed and they would ring me back and never did and kwick fit took two hours to ring me back lol,

No nav :( but yes has the blue leather but would like to up grade to orange :) it's just finding one, wonder if you can get the leather from volvo????

£500 per cover (two per seat). Door cards are expensive, around £200 ea i believe? Then you'll need the center console and floor carpet. Failing that, the cheaper way to do it would be to just buy the Atacama floor mats from that bloke in Sweden (about £100 a set) and put them over the top of your Nordcap carpet!?

just pay a leather company to refurb your seats in your choosen colour. be less than 500 quid. depending wear you are try furniture clinic
