Interior trim removal..

How hard is it to remove the 3 coloured metal parts from the interior?.. Glove box, dash and centre console?.. Mine arent in the best condition and as theyre all scratched and dented I'm contemplating removing them and re painting them, just wondered how hard it was to get them off (especially the one in the dash)

not sure on the glove box and dash but the centre console section has 3 screws underneath, remove the 2 bolts under the cover under the armrest and you can get enough room to get a star drive underneath to undo them, if that made any sense! I'm sure once you have removed the 2 bolts from under arm rest bit you will see what i mean!
