Turbo whistle

My car has developed a pretty loud turbo whistle, i am assuming it has a leak somewhere? although can't find anything, pretty annoying as down on power, any ideas?

Narrow the issue down. Take pipe off intercooler, put hand over and get someone to floor it. If hand doesn't blow off try other side of intercooler and check towards turbo.....if it does blow off check towards throttle body

check all charge pipe work for any boost leek
ive got a split in my ote pipe atm and kinda sounds like wheel spinning lol
no real loss in power tho. think the turbo will be overboosting to correct the loss lol

If you down on power could be the charge pipe work top of turbo to intercooler, Silicone hoses ok? any play in the turbo wheel?

Did it just drop off or was a slow drop off.
Could be hose from maf to turbo which is delaminated under high flow and is restricting the air flow.

its more the whistle than a loss of power which is slight

intercooler is doubtful, seeing as its is the aluminum one.

has the same pipe you had trouble with before come off again?

No that was a split tcv rise

the downpipe only had 2 nuts on, trouble is the 3rd one cos its a 3" straight i can't get a spanner on at whatsoever to tighten it and there aint enough room under the nut to get a ring spanner on it either, its blowing from somewhere else up front just cant bloody pinpoint it, i bet the bloody manifold has cracked to the outside, it had a crack on the inside when i put it on

not on a t5 they aint ive had 15 of them so know when something is wrong
